Please see the attachment for a basic timeline of the "Corriher Project." At this time, the project apparently remains in limbo as the required parking capacity has yet to be acquired. The proposed property swap with the United States Postal Service appears to be in limbo.

Building Permit now in place (pulled January 2025) for the $2 million "Backstreets Restaurant" project, still no significant activity. Only known project so far this year (Calendar 2025) for downtown area. As of today (July 31, 2025), no visible activity.

Work has been in progress for Backstreets Bar and Grill for several weeks now. Still no official all clear on the land swap with the Post Office.
